AUTOMATIC WITHDRAWAL
To have your monthly assessments withdrawn automatically, please log into your community website at Your Payment Site and select the E-PAYMENT page on the site. Once you are on the E-PAYMENT page select ADD at the bottom of the page, complete the form and select SAVE. Your payment will then be automatically deducted on a monthly basis, based on the start date that you select.
COUPON BOOK
All homeowners are provided with a coupon book to pay their monthly assessments. If you choose to use your coupon book for payments make sure to include the monthly coupon with your payment and send to the mailing address that is provided to you on the coupon. Your payment will be processed through our banks’ lockbox and credited to your HOA account once received.
BILL PAY THROUGH YOUR BANK
You may also electronically pay your monthly assessments through your bank which is also known as “Bill Pay”. This option can normally be completed on your banks’ website. To use this option, please make sure that you include your account number on your payment and that it is sent to the correct mailing address for payments which we have listed below.
